Ingredients:
● half cup porridge oats
● 1 cup Ooomega classic
● 1 tbsp peanut butter
● 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
● ½ tsp cinnamon
● ½ tsp vanilla powder (or few drops vanilla essence)
● pinch of himalayan salt (optional)
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in a small pan, give it a stir and bring to a boil.
2. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Turn the heat off and let cool down a bit (it will get thicker while cooling down).
4. Transfer to a bowl, top with your favourite fruits and nuts, enjoy!
